2. France.
Just curious who's been an bad person with you for no reason business wise. I'm sure some of you have interacted with shitty ppl internationally.
-
Everyone but that's usually because I'm cheeseburgering them USA style
Canadians are crazy nice
-
I'm pretty cheesy over the top nice at work, but when it comes to contract details, those two countries are thee worst.
-
That means I'm kicking their ass like an American boss. I treat basically everyone with disdain
-

Wacky, I seriously hope that you are not helping foreigners get into our country.
-
They're already here. I'm not a crazy over the top hayseed conservative, chum. I help with sponsorship. Doing gods work over here.

Chum, triggered? Shocking!
They demand the world, M^2. Greedy AF. My CEO, who's Indian as well says they naturally want control of every situation and won't budge until you do. Just my experience. It's ok guys, it's Wednesday.

Probably new jersey
-
New Yorkers are the worst too!
-
Americans are by far the worst
-
Mississippi isn't exactly rude but wtf are they speaking English? Can't tell :dunno:
-
Saudis are the most annoying to play pick up soccer with.
-
New Yorkers are from a different country?

New Yorkers are from a different country?
A lot of them are, but lib mentioned NJ, so why not go states too. :dunno:

I think we need a new thread for that tho. This is the country thread.

New Yorkers are the worst too!
It wasn't necessarily business but my time in NYC with New Yorkers found them to be really no friendly or meaner than any other people I've come across, and that includes going to a Mets-Royals game in 2016. Each one of them was pretty much like "We hate that you won the WS over us, but you guys clearly won it fair" A few light hearted joshing, but nothing that I would expect from the big bad NYC.
-
I came across a Jewish bronx candidate a few months ago and she was the meanest b i've ever come a crossed. I'm not saying they're all like that tho.
-
Americans are by far the worst
Thanks Luke

Thanks Luke
well here's some of that great American collaboration technique
-
New Yorkers are amazing because they aren't usually intimidated by my looks and that's refreshing
-
New Yorkers are great. Not sure what's wrong with you people.
And I don't interact with countries. I interact with people. It would not be very charitable to stereotype a country based on how one of its citizens acts. Likewise, it would be uncharitable to stereotype a person based on how you think about their country. Don't fall into these fallacies.
That said, Indians are kindly, but they're either dumb or lazy. Can't figure out which.
-
To be fair, my CEO stereotyped her own ethnicity before I ever thought twice about it. Then over time, I was like "damn", these bastards really love to negotiate over some of the dumbest crap.
-
america is great because people are so different in all parts of the country. you can be in savannah and someone is being super mean to you and you don't even know it and think they love you. and then you're in philly and someone is being nice and it seems like they are in your face and want to fight. it takes a little bit to figure it out.
-
Japanese are way too formal.
-
Most of my international business interaction is solely email based. So it’s really hard to figure out if someone is being rude or not.
-
america is great because people are so different in all parts of the country.
Same with India
-
I have a limited international business sample size, but America by far.
-
people in the midwest are the most likely to be snitchass busybodies
-
india people sound like they know what they want
-
I have a weekly call or WebEx with people in India and another one with Americans. The Americans are total PITA.
-
americans are always trying to bigtime you or intimidate you into getting their way. quite insufferable, once you have experienced an alternative.
-

Everything is negotiable in the culture. Just have to be ready for it. Set margins in everything to allow for the negotiations.
-
I work with people in India all day every day and I can't think of a single instance of someone from there being rude.
-
I just delt with a swiss company and it was great, do recommend
