Title: Vanderbilt
Post by: 'taterblast on September 03, 2017, 10:56:15 PM
we're going to beat the crap out of Charlotte

so, Vandy. i'm kind of nervous. they handled a MTSU team that went to a bowl last year, and it's an early road game.

Just to prevent any dumbass responses.... RP was coach when we lost to Auburn.

Vanderbilt?  Pfffft.

Vandy probably won't even win the fans in attendance battle.

Pretty surprised they kept mtsu off the board until the 4Q, Def must be good.  OTH, lol at only scoring 28 against mtsu.

If you guys are worried about Vandy then we have no business dreaming of winning the conference and doing bowl stuff.  rough ridin' crap.  Get it together.

Solid point. I also think we rip it open in the 2nd half after a "closer than it should be" 1st half.

Beating Vandy convincingly at their place would be a good look.

Final score 38-20

21-13 at half after Ertz and Pringle hook up on a 63 yard BOMB with :30 seconds left.

Katz dominate the 3rd and Vandy gets a garbage time TD.

Ertz has 275 yards passing and 88 rushing with 2 TD's, serious Heisman talks begin after a 43 yard TD scamper in the 3rd quarter that culminates with a stiff arm at the goal line before doing a little hop back thing to make 2 defenders miss. Makes the #2 play on ESPN top 10.

When's the last time Snyder lost a road game to a non ranked SEC team in September?

Question: When was the last time Vanderbilt beat a ranked non-SEC team?
Answer: 71 years ago (1946!)

I can't wait for the CSU - K-State comparative scores after Vandy plays Bama.
