In 2011, this kid who lived in New Mexico went on a burping barrage in class and things escalated to a point where the kid was arrested and haul to jailn. Parents sued. Case made it to the Denver federal appeals court. The state won, but Gorsuch dissented. Obama judges didn't. Why in the hell did this ever get in the courts? Why is the Supreme Court considering this? I would not have arrested the kid, that was stupid. I am sure liberal educators at fault
