Solid 2nd half defense. Good offense against a bad defensive team (come on Brad?).
Barry finally breaks out of his slump. DJamer is solid. Wes did a lot of nice things besides the oop attempt.
Solid road win, now get a big home win on Saturday.

For this team and the last 3 years, any road win is solid IMO. Plus, I don't think OSU is terrible (maybe?).

9 threes and 100% ft shooting (ie, 40 pts) in the 1st half will make any team of retards look adequate.

We hit the great 50-40-80 mark. 56% 2pt, 47% 3pt, 81% FT. Add in under 20% TO and it was a great night on the road (even vs bad D)
We survived the 9-14 3pt & 13-13 FT onslaught that OSU gave us in the 1st. The defense was great in 2nd. With 90 sec left, OSU #s were 8 FG 7 FT and 11 TO for the half.

1) Carroll hit a 3 to make it 42-35 and we weren't even to the 5:00 mark. I was like, my goodness our D. Actually from that point on Osu shot just 46% eFG, had 13 TOs in 48 Poss, and was under 1.00 PPP
2) We were up 71-66. Dean missed 2 FTs, we gave Osu 3 chances their next Poss and they scored. I got little nervous there. We only managed 7 pts in 12 Poss, but still managed a 4 pt lead. Then we got things going again.
3) Wes 15-8-8 line and hit all his FTs. Pretty solid, even though he had some WTF plays.

Or did oscar not know how to coach/encourage transition offense before tonight?

I was guessing it was 2010, but we got 94 vs Tech at home in 2011.
We did it in 2010 vs Nubb. 91-87, that was the game where NU made a ton of 3s late. We also put up 100 vs Mizzou in 2008 (was at that one, I think Beasley had 40 and 15)

Saw on Twitter-the most points ever for the Cats on the road in Big 12 play. :ksu: But OSU defense was really bad. We shot layups all night.

I thought the first 35 minutes, if some team got better of the calls it was us. Last 5 minutes I can't say that. Dean's 4th foul, the no call on Snead shooting layup, the no call when Brown got hit on arm as he was jumping for the ball (1:20 mark) were missed calls IMO. But I think Osu thinks we got away with a few travel calls.

I know you're playing a character but I legitimately hate you and hope you get hit by a truck. If you have children they'd be better off without you.
