His point was that calling Trump supporters racist, bigots, etc didn't offend them, just motivated them to vote since they know 99% really aren't any of those things. His other point was that being easily offended is a new phenomenon and people just need to get over it. Didn't used to be this way, but many young people are being raised to be victims and unreasonably sensitive.

That English dude has a half-point. Libs won't win by censoring and shaming. The reason Libs have resorted to censoring opposition as a debate tactic is their ideas cannot withstand a debate with freedom and liberty.
