I think it's pretty neato. So the faithful ticket keeps getting you into games as long as they keep winning streak at home? Then it stops if they lose, then repurchase for another winning streak? If that's all correct, Currie thinks we're gonna lose quite a few games.

Yes. Our crowds will be amazing during games where we are losing to scrubs.

Looks like last year, this package would have totaled $300. All oscar has to do is win one more home game to make this pay off.

1 Faithful season ticket renewed 7 times = 1 bench season ticket. Who's going to renew after six home losses? So, isn't the bench season ticket truly more of a commitment that would be made by a more faithful fan?

Damn, I was looking at staff/faculty pricing. No way oscar doesn't save our faithful fans some cash this year.

I was referring to social media and bbs'n.  The hate on losing their ticket because Cleveland State or whatever beat us because we shot 50% from FT line, etc will be strong.

Last year we lost to KU and then lost again to Texas. The crowd would have been a ghost town for the final home game against TCU. We might have had enough support to fire him and get Brad.

I also just looked at our home non con and it is the most garbage of all garbage. so those games are essentially all free because nobody with season tickets will go. so for $80, you can go to every home basketball homegame except ku.

What is you're fave home non-con tilt?

Western Illinois
Nebraska-Omaha
Hampton
Robert Morris (PA)
UW-Green Bay
Prairie View A&M
Gardner-Webb

Maybe our local Braggin rights exhibition games against Pitt St. and Washburn?  I guess dunking on the Ichy-bods is going to be what I go with.  All down hill from there.

If this team somehow shows huge improvements from last year, they will win enough conference games to make the NCAA tournament and oscar is off the hot seat.  If they make the NIT, oscar probably survives anyways.

I want to say that this will all be down to the conference play, but you can easily see a scenario where K-State does something like this in the non-con:

7-0 at home (maybe 1 top 100 win if we are lucky)
1-3 in the non home games with the only win being WSU @ Sprint Center

That would leave us with a LOT of work to do in conference to make the NCAAs.

I honestly think that a bunch of kstate fans are incredibly stupid and would be happy with an overall winning record, even it it meant a great non con and horrible con record.

It's basically going to be a repeat of last year but the super pud non-non leads to more wins and an NIT berth.  oscar will be praised for "improvement" getting us to the postseason and on the verge of an NCAA appearance :shooturmouth:

The kstate basketball ticket model almost seems like an illegal gambling operation.  I guess someone had to offer those bets as there's probably not any effort being put on by vegas books in setting up #oscar win total props.

Does it factor in the supposed and alleged basketball staff member and computer child porn loving guy that just up and quit out of nowhere.

While I am in no way trying to defend Currie or Weber, and haven't  sampled many upcoming non cons scheduled at other schools.  But it seems like a lot of schools have shitty non con home schedules because these coaches all seem to want to play good teams on neutral floors.

At this point, even with the shocking home losses, a single Faithful season ticket holder would still only be in for $250 to date and just have another $50 due to see the finale against Tech.  Still cheaper than buying the shittiest regular season ticket for $345.
