Sooo... a guy got into it with his girlfriend, picked up a rock and went after her/her car, and then got shot like 10 times by the airport police... am I right so far?  And then the terminal shut down because????  Dead rock thrower cleanup?

One has to wonder what a rock was doing there with such easy access.

Rock thrower isn't dead (at least it hasn't been declared).

Terminal shut down because gun shots.

Security has to be redone because people rushed through the check point due to said shots, now almost everyone must be rescreened.

Fees are lower than DFW.  The TSA lackeys realize that it is Love field and the terrorist threat is even more non-existent than it is at most airports so they're pretty easy to deal with.  The smaller size makes it quicker to get in and out of.

Speaking of Dallas, do you guys know how many airports the Los (Las?) Angeles area has? Over a million.

I didn't know the code - why would I? - but I knew it's the dirt airport that southwest uses.

It's actually super nice inside. Cute little brother of dfw. It is laced with the overwhelming sadness of people flying southwest but other than that it's fine.

Actually not there this weekend, flew out of DFW on Thursday. Now stuck in San Diego because my flight back got cancelled after the plane couldn't take off from Dallas. Wouldn't be complaining at all about being stuck in San Diego but was already through security before I found out so I'm stuck inside waiting for a flight through LA.
