Title: 2016-17 Schedule
Post by: TownieCat on May 24, 2016, 08:32:33 AM
No blue bloods, but a handful of roadies/neutral games against P5-ish teams.

vs. Colorado St. in Denver
vs. Washington St. in KC
at St. Louis
Barclay's Center Classic w/ Maryland, Richmond, & Boston College
at Tennessee

The home non-con schedule is going to be super pud.

I would expect at least one P5 at home.  Probably some SEC team.

I know that but we've played 3 SEC teams in each of the past 2 seasons so Tennessee may not be the only one.  Also, as much as I expect Currie to water down the schedule, I don't think he would give us a schedule with zero P5 teams at home.

LOL at thinking Currie or anybody has any influence on the schedule-makers and their cruel intentions.

As a Kansas Citian, I am insulted they would attempt to sell me Washington State vs. K-State at the Sprint Center.

Currie keeps making the decision not to renew season tickets easier and easier

not really.

Currie keeps making the decision not to renew season tickets easier and easier

Unless you have Kat Kid's seats and want to keep them so you don't lose them, getting season tickets would be really dumb. I can't imagine any game outside of ku will be even remotely tough to get tickets to for v cheap

I don't think that's set in stone.  You already know the rough ridin' schedule-makers are gonna feed us to LBSU when we're at a severe disadvantage.

That is the schedule of a man who knows he's coaching for his job. Lol, not really bc Currie. It's the schedule of an admin hoping to sell #improvement.

It's upsetting how easy and lined up that schedule is for Weber... But then again, it's Weber. He'll find a way to screw it up.
