Title: Horse turd sandwiches from Obama. He will give social security to illegals

Just read on drudge that the Supreme Court will be hearing a case Texas vs US Obama because he says he can give benefits like social security and Medicare unilaterally through prosecutorial discretion.  Does this mean he is whizsing on his oath to uphold the laws of the US.  If so, impeach the bastard.

I think the misnoner Immigration Rights has been used to describe this policy/philosophical take.  Sort of like the misnomer Reproductive Rights is used when referring to murdering your unborn child.

These are various baskets of extra rights certain select people are given in exchange for votes.

If the policy position is not to verify who has paid into the system, why wouldn't illegals be able to obtain benefits?

Its like saying, nobody is allowed to enter the country illegally, so how could there be any illegals to obtain the benefit in the first place.
