On another forum I see if you hover the cursor above the thread topic title it'll give you some of the first few words of text in the thread.  Can we get that?  Seems like an efficient way of browing this blog.

Guys it was the crap version of Explorer my employer currently uses that was preventing this feature from working.  Please carry on.
