Kansas State forward D.J. Johnson has been cleared to resume on-court activities, head coach oscar Weber said.
After appearing in every game as a sophomore in 2013-14 en route to making the NCAA all-tournament team, he broke his foot in the Round of 64, forcing him to miss the entire 2014-15 season.
Johnson was granted a medical redshirt a year after he averaged 3.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in just under 14 minutes per game.
Am I crazy? I simply don't remember that at all...

While D.J. might well be a swell fella, in looking back at his games played (esp the last month) I have to say there is noting there to really justify some of the hype he is getting. Poor guy is going to get ripped apart by our fans who are going to expect waaaay too much from a player who is basically a backup.

I don't think DJamer is a slightly better version of any player we've had here in the past decade.

DJamer should be a role player on a good team. He is a pretty good rebounder and a consistent finisher around the rim.

I am confused about putting Wabash on the uniforms since this refers to a train highballing through the applachian mountains. Does the mean we gonna wabash opponents cannonballs?

That is the exact same design as it's always been, it's just the full length of the jersey now. I don't think it will look good tucked into the shorts...half of the Powercat will be hidden.

Nobody pays attention to this crap on TV. I rarely ever notice any specific image on those types of jerseys. I just think to myself, "Oh cool, they have those nice Nike jerseys. That team must not be an entire waste of carbon," then I go back to watching the game.

Originally I do think EMAW was going to go on the Higinbotham Gate part of the design, but they went with Wabash instead. I like trying to incorporate the octagon, but it doesn't work well. I think other schools had much better designs than we did. However, as others have said, you don't really notice the design during games anyway. Not that any of us will watch much this year.
