He will sit out(not redshirt) the 2nd semester of the 2015-16 season and the 1st semester of the 2016-17 season. He averaged 4.4 ppg in 10 games during the 1st semester of the 2015-16 season at Ohio State.

I said something last night, but deleted it because there were no facts.

If it was heat illness, this was a kid that's been there 3 weeks, trying to catch up, being pushed by a hold-over strength/conditioning coach trying to impress a new coach, running stairs outside in the afternoon/evening on the hottest day of the year and highest heat index in years.

I was unable to update the thread over the past few weeks. So here are a few Big 12 updates from the past few weeks.

Texas Tech added Depaul transfer Tommy Hamilton, IV(6'11 Sr C) today. He will redshirt during the 2016-17 season. He averaged 8.6 ppg/5.5 rpg last season.

Texas Tech's C.J. Williamson(6'6 Fr G) announced he was transferring on Aug 11th. Averaged 1.7 ppg last season.

Oklahoma State's Joe Burton(6'6 So SF) announced he is transferring to Valparaiso on Aug 6th. Averaged 4.7 ppg last season.

Oklahoma State's Tyree Griffin(5'10 So PG) announced he is transferring to Southern Mississippi on Aug 4th. Averaged 5.2 ppg/3.9 apg/3.0 rpg last season.

Baylor's Nuni Omot(6'8 RS/Jr SF) is sitting out the first semester due to academic issues.

Updated list with Love redshirting.

TCU's Alex Robinson(6'1 RS/So PG) is eligible to play for the 1st semester. Was initially not supposed to be eligible until Dec 17th.

TCU's Kouat Noi(6'7 Fr PF) is out indefinitely due to academic issues.

Texas Tech's Norense Odiase(6'9 Jr C) is out indefinitely due to a broken foot.

Baylor's Nuni Omot(6'9 RS/Jr SF) is now eligible to play on 12/14. He sat out the 1st semester.

Kansas' Carlton Bragg Jr.(6'10 So C) has been suspended indefinitely since 12/9.

TCU's Kouat Noi(6'7 Fr PF) has been out indefinitely due to academic issues since 11/11.

Texas' Mareik Isom(6'9 RS/Sr F) has been out indefinitely due to an ankle infection since 10/31.

Texas Tech's Aaron Ross(6'8 RS/Sr PF) has been out indefinitely with a leg injury since 11/23.

Texas Tech's Norense Odiase(6'9 Jr C) has been out indefinitely with broken foot since 11/11.
