Hornacek took his name out of consideration. Still think Brad has a shot. More wins than any coach in history after two years at a NCAA school. :dunno:

He recruited Monte, Naz and Matt Thomas on this current roster, and has quite a few ties in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. He's a recruiter, so getting him isn't a whole lot different than Wayne Morgan in my opinion. Did you guys follow basketball enough 03-06 to know who Wayne Morgan was? He brought in Stinson and Blalock, but literally wouldn't coach as HC. It was streetball.

The Hoi to Chicago rumors started in March and Otz came back April 1st :jeffy:Otzelberger was brought on staff in 2006 with McDermott and was retained by Fred. He is responsible for Craig Brackins and Wesley Johnson coming to Iowa State; two guys who could have led that team to great successes with any other coach but Mac. He recruited Monte, Naz and Matt Thomas on this current roster, and has quite a few ties in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. He's a recruiter, so getting him isn't a whole lot different than Wayne Morgan in my opinion. Did you guys follow basketball enough 03-06 to know who Wayne Morgan was? He brought in Stinson and Blalock, but literally wouldn't coach as HC. It was streetball.
Oh, that @CycloneInsiders account is a 17 year old kid from West Des Moines- Valley High School. Marshall isn't coming to Ames.
