You all know me. I never start threads, but on the eve before Roll Damn Snyd I have to post something.
Here is a brief list of my hatred for Auburn and why it is the smelly crotch stain of the south.
1) I lived in Auburn, Alabama for 2 years working as a faculty member at Auburn University. You still have a Hastings which is cute and a Shakey's Pizza. Kudos. But all of the students rolling around in running shorts and winter coats when it is 70 degrees makes you look like a bunch of chodes.
2) The Alabama comb-over. All the dudes in Alabama walked around campus with tight ass khaki shorts that clearly ride up the cornhole with tucked in shorts, a stupid comb-over that is clearly inbred with adorning boat shoes/loafers. And enough with the Risky Business 80s sunglasses. We get it...you're trying to be all southerny and preppy which is a complete paradox. That is like saying my trailor is a mansion. Accept the inbred genes you came from people.
2) Boiled peanuts.
3) Toomer's corner is pretty cool. I get that. But driving on College Street is one of the worst things possible in a town that size. People use the turn lane like a regular driving lane and it's racist. Magnolia is the AIDS of streets and we need to stop that epidemic before it gets out of control.
4) Loachapoka Syrup Sop. I don't get it. It's a small town festival for syrup, but like one vendor has syrup. It's mostly a cover to sell E Coli infested turtles and racist things like lynches and confederate flags.
5) Public prayer. Every time I went out to dinner with my colleagues at AU, they prayed before the meal. I love the G-O-D but it is awkward sitting around while people hold hands and pray before meals wondering where their hands have been.
6) Chicks wearing sundresses. That's pretty hot. You've got that going for you.
7) Jordan-Hare Stadium or should I say copycat of Arrowhead stadium. Auburn, your stadium is a house of lies. The stadium is clearly a rip-off of Arrowhead stadium. You'll never be Alabama.
8) Aubie. You are the worst of all. You constantly look like you are having a seizure. Get some meds man. You walk around like a tiger, but tigers don't walk on two feet. That's un-American you douches. Aubie's head is beyond flat which is probably the result of inbreeding or being eaten by all those war eagles flying around.
9) War Eagle. What the eff is that? What is this Rome? The story of how it even came about is a total lie. Plus, when I went to a game against Mississippi State I saw the damn eagle slam into the glass of the press box. That is inhumane and cruel. Southern hospitality...more like brutally slaying animals across all walks of life.

I've enjoyed you guys and actually agree with most of your thoughts but I will not stand for anyone bedowngrading our beloved eagle(s). They are majestic creatures and watching them circle the stadium is a sight to behold. They are treated with the utmost care and respect. Take it back please.

Sadly, Auburn University has never been able to hire another sanitation engineer that did their work as meticulously as you did. On that note, working as a toilet scrubber doesn't necessarily equate to faculty status unless of course you're working for a Big 12-2 still equals Big 12 (nice math you guys) college of mediocre learning.
All the bullet items you listed are not limited to boundary, conference or a unique region but occurs across the great landscape of America. Now that you've wasted 5 minutes of your time trying to read (and understand) what I've posted, please scurry your a$$ back to the bathroom you were cleaning and get back to work. Don't worry about cleaning the mirrors too much because the turd you see in the mirror will never disappear until you've stepped away.
Fess up...you're just another butt-hurt bammar homer hiding out on a mid-west board. Get yourself some ointment and keep it handy because the butt-hurt is only beginning for you and will last for many years to come! War Eagle!

I am in shock at the number of Auburn fans that can actually read. It is impressive and great job out of you guys.
When I went to several Auburn games, I noticed people putting up their right hand and swirling it about during the flying of the eagle. It looked like a bunch of special ed kids holding up glow sticks at a Special Olympics opening ceremony. Really weird you guys.
Face it Auburn...you are living in the shadow of Opelika. It is sad really. The shopping complex known as Tiger Town is just the there due to the high rollers living in Opelika. I mean...do you really think Auburn could support 25 waffle houses, 15 Chick-fil-As and a Zaxby's. There is clearly strange things afoot in this college town cesspool.
Another thing, Auburn has a fire ant and cockroach problem. It's disgusting really. I lived on Wire Road and I feared for my life at the 6" roaches flying everywhere. I once saw a roach mating with a dead roach in Auburn and I knew the devil's hand was placed over that hell hole.
Face the facts Auburn, God has given up on you and the plague of locusts is all around you.
Sidenote. Nice lesson in grammar for you Auburn alums. Notice how I used there and their correctly. It is something that a southern education never gave you was appropriate use of English. Can't wait for you to go back to your tin roofs and overt racism.

I had a great time in Auburn. I just think Auburn is a cesspool spawned from the demons of hell. Also, there is that overt racism/bigotry I was discussing with the Michael Sam diss. It doesn't matter if I had a shlong in my mouth or was face deep in vagina town, Auburn will still be a city dwarfed in crappiness predominated by the musk of fermented ass sweat mixed with untrimmed pubes.
I'm a clinical psychologist and I know Aubie has Epilepsy. It's pretty blatant that the head shaking is akin to a grand mal seizure. I just feel for the guy...I really do. Aubie really needs one of those baseball helmets in case one of those seizures cause head trauma.

Honestly, I have yet to figure this one out myself. It began after I graduated. It's the worst when they have on t-shirts that are 4 sizes too big. It's a disgrace. The ones that wear Chacos with this get up as well are pretty much undateables. Just some brainwashing trick the uppity sorority leaders have conjured up to make their women look ridiculous.

I tried to hang out and see if there where any morsels of actually football knowledge and talk about KSU. But it seems that is not their focus.

Yeah, the real baggy t-shirt combo with the running shorts is definitely a thing at Auburn. Like literally 90% of them are dressed up in the same get up parading around campus.
It's pitiful. It all starts their first week as freshman. They clear out the retail stores that sell the shorts and Chacos. Then they trick their way to getting as many social event shirts(frat/sorority) as possible, and get them in sizes that Charlie Weis could fit in. I always asked why they couldn't get one that actually fit right, and always seemed to get the "well this is comfortable" reply. Hey, but let me tell ya, they clean up good!

This is it right here. I am pretty sure that is the Mississippi State Campus in the background of that pic. I know someone that is a faculty there and went several times to that campus, but those posts look Mississippi State esque. It looks similar to the area near the Auburn Student Center (the opposite side of the Tiger Transit side). I did really like the bookstore in the student center. I also learned that one of the busiest Chick-fil-As in the world is in the Auburn Student Center. Au Bon Pain was freaking delicious though.
I still get calls from the Auburn Athletic Department begging me to go to basketball games. I kid you not, I went to a basketball game in the basketball facility and there were like 500 people there. It was brutal!!!!!

I assume you meant "fattest", but either way you're wrong on both counts. We aren't even in the top ten fattest, and actually are only 1 spot from Kansas. Of course I think y'all's results might still be skewed from the lingering Mangino effect. In regard to dumbest, we are currently not even in the top 6, which a perfectly acceptable and regular number at which to stop counting and is completely unrelated to Alabama's actual ranking.
