Title: #1KC
Post by: slimz on August 31, 2014, 11:45:15 PM
In these tough times, let's remember who our real enemies are. Detroit. Cleveland. Denver. San Diego. #LIFE (poster, not awesome football player).

(hashtag could also be construed as statement on Carnes, I suppose).

Today was one of the worst days in KC sports history.

Yes. I mean Gordon tying that thing up, and then....

It's mind numbing.

Anyone with a brain is doing this. When my son is old enough I'm going to advise he become like, a very, very, very, very average to below average quarterback and then make 60ish million bucks on about 5 minutes worth of real, actual work.

we won't even have to actively root against them. just sit, watch and laugh. they'll do all the work for us.

great plan cf3, i'll have a boy and we can train them up real good. just take em to st. joe every year for training camp and park em on the couch in front of the tv every sunday during the fall. then swim in all of their nfl money like scrooge mcduck.

Taking suggestions for what I should do with my extra 3 hours each Sunday over the next few falls. More blogging about the KSU Quatz? Read some of the classic literature I didn't get around to in college? Enjoy the cultural offerings of the Kauffman Center?

I'm kind of sad it's been so easy for me to downplay the amount of time I spend on KC sports when discussing with my dates over the past couple of years.   :frown:

Careful, those are delicate instruments. I can't stress this enough: Do the regular maintenance, folks.
