I post on many different big 12 message boards. I figure more than Iowa State fans are interested in every teams personnel.
Make It Rain is right. Sometimes I don't read every topic on every message board that I post on. If you are referring to my post about Myles Turner leaving for the draft already having another thread I apologize for that. I create one original message with all the news I have and copy and paste it to different message boards. I try to check the thread I'm posting on though to make sure I don't post about the same thing someone else already did. But my post did have new information about Texas Tech players so it wasn't a completely unnecessary post.

It is likely he didn't have any power 5 options. The only power 5 schools that offered him were Big 12 schools and I'm guessing OU and OSU were no longer options for him.

People honestly don't recognize how much satisfaction there is in finishing last, as long as you're doing it the right way and the kids really want to be here. Bill Self has a dearth of joy and happiness in his life, because he's always taking shortcuts. It's just not satisfying at the deepest level of our humanity, kind of like beating a video game using the Game Genie.

He played in 1 game during the 2013-14 season due to a torn ACL, so I would almost guarantee that he will get a 6th year of eligibility for the 2016-17 season. More than likely he will be an immediately eligible RS/Jr for the 2015-16 season.

He played in 1 game during the 2013-14 season due to a torn ACL, so I would almost guarantee that he will get a 6th year of eligibility for the 2016-17 season. More than likely he will be an immediately eligible RS/Jr for the 2015-16 season.

No, he's right. For some odd reason it's different in basketball and it's nine games. It makes absolutely no sense that the sport with the higher probability for a catastrophic season ending injury has the lower percentage of games you can play before you're ineligible for a medical redshirt. That's the NCAA.
