So I'm all about people organizing and protesting things they are passionate about. I don't have an issue with someone doing what they feel is their civic duty, even if my idea of civic duty differs from theirs. What really irks me is when these protests/events take place and every time someone gets arrested the organizing entities make a federal case against the arresting police departments. Now I have no doubt that some of the arrests should not take place. I also have no doubt that some officers in the police departments are way too aggressive towards these people and should be punished for their actions, but not every arrest is illegal and a result of police brutality.
It is like these organizations have no idea about PR and don't realize that they do more damage to their causes when they make every arrest a police brutality or abuse of power issue. Just my two cents.

We need organizations like Anonymous. They do a lot of good.

Ehhhhh, these people were pretty hardcore about it. I think i can tolerate the wannabes...it's the citizen journalists who are trying to tell me what's really going on that make me think the entire thing is a joke.
