I doubt that. I just think that he disapproves of his players making decisions that might not be the best. I think he wants his players to be seen as good role models, and having naked pictures on the internet doesn't really jive with that. Part of the reason I have stayed a fan of KU is because Bill Self runs a great program. He doesn't put up with his players acting like punks. He makes it clear that they have a role to play on and off the court, and if they can't do that then they won't play.

completely plausible. probably had it all over his clothes too, so she threw them in her washer. He's just taking a picture of this wonderful Samaritan to tell everyone how nice people can be. Maybe to be used as a recruiting tool as well.

It really disturbed me, cause I liked the guy and I wanted him to stop being creepy. He's married now and still does it. Him and his whole family went to KU. Makes sense now.

Assuming it was done intentionally, which is a big leap, I think most dudes would be extremely proud of banging a hot milf. 10 years ago people lied about this crap, today; Twitter, instagram, snapchat, and vine. I RT stupid crap all the time, and would always prefer to straight RT it w/o comment, but far too often I'm already blocked by the dumbass and have to manually RT.
I don't even know how this got out to begin with; I'm assuming from the context of the snitching debate that Tharpe tweeted it. Let's be realistic, had a G-E student not RT'd it, he'd have saved it and been showing it to his bros through any other medium and the same result would've happened from within G-E instead of to G-E.

I'm just of the thought that if you have a family, get trashed, do something like that AND let yourself be photographed by a 20 year old that you might have to face the consequences. MIR had a weird college experience relative to mine. I only saw parents on Moms and Dads weekends. I never once saw or heard of someone banging a cougar lady they picked up on campus. I heard of a few times it went the other way with like local high school girls that would crash college parties.
It's not all that uncommon. Especially on football weekends. Drunk older babes divorced or forgetful, hotel rooms and a lot of spare time.

A lot of people in this thread either don't read well or are rough ridin' stupid, maybe both. I only stated it wasn't something I saw on campus at Illinois with any sort of regularity outside of parents' weekends. Cougars did not prowl at campus bars. It certainly went on, but in other settings. You want to go bang some desperate older lady then you go to townie bars. The cougars did not show up to compete with college-aged trim. I'm sure they didn't need to. I imagine there were plenty of college bros that figured out this was a readily availabe source of easy poon if you met it half way.

This is a really good idea, fwiw. If I were you, I'd dump some mud on her car when no one is looking. That way, "the cougar" will be bikini'd up more often.

I"m a real life fan and I'm always willing to give our players the benefit of the doubt. Probably too much so. But I'm glad Tharpe is gone if this is true. Tyshawn had awesome speed and great talent, I always had the feeling his errors came from trying too hard. He was out there sometimes trying things like he was the second coming of Jordan.
That's not Tharpe. I often got the feeling he didn't give a sh*t. That was confirmed to me when that ball went upside his head. Normally that happens in grade school or middle school to the kid running around with their head up their azz.
Tharpe and Taylor had many some similarities but many more differences.
