Not sure why but I have been thinking about this a lot today.
My initial thought is that Texas will have an effective running game and then Mack will get cutesie and try to throw the ball. Zimmerman makes them pay by getting a couple of interceptions and K-State Wins 28-17.
My second thought is that Texas forgets that our QBs can run and our offense is unstoppable and puts up 350 yards rushing and only throws 4-6 passes for the game (2 Tyler Lockett 40 yard touchdowns likely). Then Mack freaks out and Zimmerman gets 2 interceptions when Texas starts to exclusively throw the ball.
This information is from ESPNs box score for last years game.
*Kansas State is outgained by Texas for the 4th straight time. And for the 4th straight time, Kansas State won the game. Texas outgained the Wildcats by 189 yards tonight in Austin, but still lost 17-13.

Yes kslimb, that's what I was thinking too. Mack grabs a bag of dried fruit for breakfast that morning, but doesn't realize he ate a bag of prunes before it's to late. During game runs to restroom and drops draws on way there; falls down and breaks nose.

A drunk, pissed off Augie Garrido shows up for the game and acts like he owns the place. At halftime Augie yells at the team "In 15 minutes you guys will all probably be rough ridin' fine with this, so I'm going to say it right now", which hurts Major's feelings and causes him to cry in the corner. An intimidated Mack just lets Augie coach the 2nd half because he thinks it might be a special cross-over episode for the LHN and he doesn't want to speak up and make DeLoss mad. Two minutes into the 3rd quarter a drunk and confused Augie yells at Major sending the runner home with 2 outs, causing Major to pout and go back to the locker room. UT loses when Ash runs a draw play on 4th & 12 because he forgot what play the signal "two fingers on cap bill, two fingers on forearm, then two fingers back to cap bill" was for. The entire time Mack is worried that his house might have burned down because he thinks he left the iron on.

Mack forgets to bring a voided check for his direct deposit to HR so he can be paid for this week's game. He spends most of the first three quarters in the HR office on the phone with his bank trying to remember his password so he can get into his account and ask his question. He chews on pen while thinking really extra super hard and the pen busts open in his mouth and gets ink all over his face, shirt, and the floor. Gives up and turns to leave office, slips in ink, breaks nose. Sigh. That's our Mack. :frown:

Wakes up, thinks it's a bye week and takes a bunch of Percocet. Watches gameday and realized he plays the Cats. He freaks, but decides to call in sick. At first he feels guilty but then remembers he has loads of sick time built up as he eases into his recliner, relaxed. Itches his nose.

Does nothing to prepare, accepts what is going to happen, starts rumor that he is really letting Major act as behind the scenes HC in trying to get him prepared to take over and that it just isn't going well.

Mack gets drunk and decides to call Major at 2:30a, Major is about to go pick him up when his wife wakes up and asks him where he is going. Major says he is going to pick up a drunk Mack but his wife doesn't believe him since there is a rumor revolving around Major and a group of Pi Phis. Mack has to walk home, gets lost, falls, and breaks his nose.

Forget the coaches (we have broken noses), come for the kids (5 Star Spoiled Babys). Come for the young guys who are really trying (not our 5 Star recruits or our seniors who are cashing it in), and come watch them try to beat Kansas State, which we haven’t done very often (and won't do this year). They just need to keep supporting the players (because the coaching staff is awful and ruining everything).
