PB&H with a glass of milk is the best.

Second best is Greek yogurt with honey!

I've been known to pour some honey on a piece of white bread, then fold the bread over and chow down. Simple, but very tasty as a quick snack. Warning:  it can be addictive.

I love markers and to introduce honey to markers make my head spin with pleasures.

I've never really liked honey but Ole ben ji's dad is an amatuer beekeeper who sells his honey at farmers markets and even teaches a bee keeping class at jccc.

Don't give honey to babies.
why? Is it bad for them? like phenylalanine bad for them? I just want to know because I have a very distinct memory of my nephew going to town on some honey and chicken nuggets when he was 1 and I want to be 100% in my assertion that his future idiocy is due to my bro-in-law and nothing of my doing.

Raw Oatmeal milk and honey in a cup.  Eat like cereal.  Also, honey on a bowl of original Cheerios.  The beekeeping thing interests me.

In both cases i believe its actually a risk of botulism exposure.  Botulism spores are destroyed by stomach acid in adults but an infant (<1 year) has less/weaker stomach acid than an adult, the spores can survive the belly dunk and end up nastying up the lower GI, with unpleasant results.

Also something to think about if you have frequent heart burn issues and take alot of antacid or pump inhibitors for it.
