condi would be a really smart pick. obama would try and bash her over the head with the bush administration, but she could easily say that Obama's basically extended Bush's foreign policies--her area of expertise. she's teflon on everything else. and she'd destroy biden in the debates.

It's not that big a deal to most conservatives, only the far right, and they will still vote for Romney. The far left will still vote for Obama even though he's Bush II.

The entire debate is pointless. There is no vp that will make independents vote Romney and the only people that ARE going to vote Romney would vote for Biden as president as long as he was running against Obama. This election is turning into a better comedy than most comedians aren't capable of writing.

Condi isn't a good pick. Sure she's well versed in foreign policy (where Mitt is somewhat weak) but she doesn't bring a lot else to the table and carries the baggage of Iraq/Afghanistan from the Bush administration. Personally, I'd like to see LA governor Bobby Jindal.

The Veep's abortion stance isn't all that consequential, IMO. Right wingers will still vote/contribute to a prolife candidate in Mitt no matter what their No. 2 thinks if the alternative is Barry O.
