It's really annoying when "the word" makes everything under it move because there is too much text or the font size is big.

So, make it stop. (my suggestion)

There is a "-" (minus) sign across from "News". Click that and you can hide it.

Can you slow the transition time down? Some are a bit long and impossible to read.
