Title: Bracket Generator
Post by: MakeItRain on January 10, 2011, 04:18:24 AM
prolly should have done this last week, oh well these would be good to revisit in March.  I think KSU goes undefeated at home and sweep the nortards.  The game I struggled with was at A&M.  I picked the q@s losing to the Ags simply because I liked them at 11-5 a hell of a lot more than I do at 12-4.  I suppose I could also see a loss at Colorado but I didn't feel strongly enough to pick it.  The order and records of the teams aren't AS important to me, the fact that I think 5-6 teams could be within 1st place with 3 games to play is much more important.  I don't believe in Kansas, they have struggled against some average to below average teams.  I don't think this conference has a dominant team therefore there will be quite a few swing games.  Anyway here's my prediction.  Sorry sys.

1. Baylor (13 - 3) Defeated Texas based on South Division record.
2. Texas (13 - 3) Lost to Baylor based on South Division record.
3. Kansas (12 - 4) Defeated Missouri based on North Division record.
4. Missouri (12 - 4) Lost to Kansas based on North Division record.
5. Kansas State (11 - 5)
6. Texas A&M (10 - 6)
7. Oklahoma State (8 - 8)
8. Colorado (5 - 11)
9. Iowa State (4 - 12) Defeated Texas Tech based on head-to-head record.
10. Texas Tech (4 - 12) Lost to Iowa State based on head-to-head record.
11. Oklahoma (3 - 13)
12. Nebraska (1 - 15)

Nebraska is on the wrong side of the home/road rotation for the south teams.  They host Texas, A&M, and OSU (winnable for NU I guess) they travel to OU, Tech, and Baylor.
