our defense is 20% more efficient when playing against top 100 teams when compared to playing 100+ teams.   am i reading that right?

When adjusted for SOS.  Raw numbers aren't like that.

Kind of pointless since there are no quality teams like USC/UCLA in the B12 to exploit their D deficiencies.
