what is your favorite bacon?

also- i do not like bacon to be too crispy, i'm of the belief that it is done right at the exact moment that it is done. this crispy, extra thick bacon is for idiot hayseeds. thoughts, go cats?

No idea what brand but there is a thick cut of peppered bacon that comes in a black package at price chopper that I usually get.

Love the brat stand that place has on saturday afternoons, but back to bacon...
I made the bacon explosion a couple of months ago and it might of been the Apex of all Pork dishes.
Bacon bits wrapped in italian sausage wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce :love:

A friend of mine did the bacon explosion once and told me what you had to do to make it.
I think eating that takes at least three years off of your life.
