Title: Mercury confirms $100ish figure.

Anything over $500 (like $5K) is 30%. Makes complete sense.

And a free tattoo is worth 42% of your games, apparently. KU should thank god Selby didn't get one of those.

Should have went all out and taken $5M worth of goods, then. Does Dillard's contain $5M worth of goods?

I can't wait to see our small-timey fanbase boycott the MHK Dillards to the point that they have to close shop.

To be fair, Dillards is a pretty POS establishment anyway.

I actually hope that they do this.  Would send a good message to local businesses.

I like the poll on the left side. This is either extremely good or extremely bad for us, apparently.

What's really rough ridin' pathetic about this is the fact that Dillard's contacted K-State for a $100 discount.

Christ.  Did they come under their Nautica quota for the year and really miss that hundy?  Were the Hilfiger jeans not moving?

Hell, banks come up short by that much money every day because the tellers screw up arithmetic.

Who was the shrew that called K-State about this?  I mean, seriously?

I can't get over the diff between $300 and $6k is only 3 games.  If I was a highly touted recruit, I would take huge sums of money knowing that if I got caught, I would only miss the scrub games and have to give it back.  Gotta think the reward out weighs the risk.

If you are gonna steal, steal big.

Sounds like Pullen needs to go back and pick up about $150 more in benefits......

Is it bad that I'm more pissed off about how anti-MCMW we are than I am about the UNLV and UF games combined? No wonder Huggins left.

So, did CK sitting earlier count towards the suspension??

But what this should signal to all of us, is that our basketball program simply will not do anything significant because we simply are not going to cheat at a level that's required to do those things.

Oh well . . . we'll raise a banner to principal, ethics and good sportsmanship.

Well, the team is trying to cheat, but Dillards won't let them.

what a rough ridin' joke the NCAA enforcement is.  Get small benefits and over punish.  Take significant benefits (Selby) and get relatively nothing or huge pay-offs (Cam Newton) and get NO punishment.  rough ridin' ridiculous.

So if $100 = 3 games and $300 to $5000 = 9 games, that just reinforces the mantra of "Go big or go home"

Congrats NCAA.

Im all for cheating within the rules though. We should give each player a $99 gift card that they can spend where ever they please (Dillards, Twisted Apple Tattoo Parlor, etc.)

How are the tOSU players eligible for the bowl game after some 2009 crap? I mean...we lose our guys the next game...and they get to go bowling????

tOSU dollars bought them eligibility? I mean...they are in the thousands of dollars...we are talking about 16 bucks.

Yeah. I'm all for blaming multiple people for the hell of it, but it seems like the loser dillards manager that called the compliance police deserves to burn, if anything.

I think all of you should go to Dillards tomorrow and try on a nice pair of slacks, while you're at take a dump in them, and then put them back on the shelf.

Oops, I pooped my pants

As far as decent clothes shopping goes in Manhattan, it really starts and ends with Dillards.

That's not at all where the $16 figure came from.  Jacob's family in Maywood is not at all concerned with the hayseed rumor mill here.

Cats compliance dept is so small thinking... is it true they actually found this out and were just pulling on the leash to see who gets to turn it in to the NCAA Authorities?
