``Manhattan, Kansas, is where I live, but South Florida will always be where I'm from, where my heart is, my family, my roots,'' Martin said. ``It's the culture I grew up with, the weather I grew up with, the people I grew up with. I have been getting ticket requests for two weeks now. There will be a lot of people I love and care about in the stands for that game.''

I don't think everyone is freaking out enough about the comments around the A-Rod recruitment.  It's extremely clear to me that Frank has told those close to him that this is a temporary stop for him and he will be heading back to Florida at the earliest opportunity.  I hate it, but the writing is on the wall....and the floor, and the ceiling, and the countertops, and the.....

If Wally transfers to a FL school, then I will jump on this train.

Otherwise, I am going to assume you earned the second part of your name.

ar-t pronounces that he committed to kstate because of trim & the 17ers.

Quote
"It's amazing, knowing a Puerto Rican, a guy from where I came from, went to that university and they loved him," Rodriguez said. "It gives me confidence. I just feel like I'm going to be at home there because of the way they treated him."

in meek's imo, the ar-t comparo of choice is not a boricua.   :surprised:

Rodriguez is built like a pit bull, sort of in the Sherron Collins mold -- not as explosive, but the same kind of compact point guard who can get in the lane and make shots from the outside.

It's not the jerseys.  It's the fact that they are being worn by the most adorable players on the planet.

Shakey needs to be at private high school in SF where his greatest talent (recruiting) would be an asset instead of a liability, like Morgan at JCD.  The TOB he has will be tough to overcome is he stays at a public school.
