Because she is hot as crap in a "Girl next door" kind of way. And you are sitting there watching her with her talented boyfriend being the two happiest people on earth.
And she has a masters degree from Stanford in French Literature if you were inclined to think she's stupid.
Lots of envy toward that dude...who also has a degree from Stanford.

I think Maggie is better looking, maybe because my first exposure to her was the movie Secretary. Amazing movie.

never heard of this pomplamoose band but the song ira linked isn't bad. i don't ever need to hear it again though.

Totally agree with the Maggie Gyllenhaal comparison.

But to answer your question, you can't stop watching them, even though you hate the music, because the videos are beautifully done and are complimentary to the music and the artists.

Lauren O'Connell is good. But as much as Nataly Dawn looks like Maggie Gyllenhaal...Lauren looks even more like Janis Joplin.

I love lauren more for her song writing and musical talent.
