Title: If you were going to gut the staff, who would you start with?
Post by: pissclams on December 07, 2010, 02:11:52 PM
i'm not trying to imply that only one of these underachievers deserves to be fired, because quite honestly there are several on staff that should be run out of town.  however, i think we can all agree that the measure of incompetence is not level across the staff and that some deserve to go before others.

who would you fire first?

you have this collection of lube drippings to choose from-

Probably just poor management from top down. Start at the top, then see if the current staff would be willing to work with Chipman.

this thread is for who is the most deserving to have a spot in clams' doghouse.   for now, please include any and all members of this staff who you feel are under performing.  it's performance review time.

i'm trying to hold the staff accountable in the same fashion that frank holds his players accountable.

to that end, brad underwood seems to be a legitimate candidate to walk the plank first.  maybe i'm just not aware of what he brings to the table.

whenever i do this exercise i never know what to do with lamont evans.  some days he feels like he's on top of his game, other days he's just kind of....meh.  amanda, i think we can all agree, needs to go asap.  the problem is that she's just suckling on the teet that is the frank martin experiment.  why go for low hanging fruit when i could take out dalonte in round 1?

Title: Re: If you were going to gut the staff, who would you start with?

if you want hill out before amanda, that's fine.  i think everyone can agree that both should go.  however, i strongly suggest you don't touch evans.  if he needs to be moved up to 2 to be safe, then do that.  if anyone other that figger is untouchable, it's lamont.

he does so much that the average fan never learns about.  and honestly covers a lot of asses for the rest of the staff, if you know what i mean.

is daris an iowan name?  just play along we'll get back to iowan cheeses in a sec.

i hesitate to bring this up to you, but my father's father was originally from iowa. last name of murray. large clan of murrays up that way apparently and they all hailed from the ice cream capitol of the world.
