first pass thoughts - pullen is fine. all the turnover talk and defensive regression talk is perception unsupported by data.
-
2nd pass thoughts.

all the goddamned bigs need less touches or need to stop rough ridin' turning it over so much.

Best rebounding rates since Beasley!

if you can't post something negative, pretend he doesn't exist.
-
how about sprads!
ck's TO rate is amazing
pully is a well rounded individual
jhr should never shoot unless it's a guaranteed dunk
samuels  junkin by example

Don't include ASU game #s.
Early in the year and Frank's use of players really messes with the numbers a bit; ie. McGruds only being a "Role Player"; I guess he plays too many minutes.

He doesn't commit enough turnovers to really use up possessions.

20.2 TORate is ok? I'd like someone to track the TFIL% (Too Far Into the Lane) on jake's drives. though those two floaters were nice.

denis should come back as a grad assistant

jake's TOrate has been 22.2, 22, 16.8 in the previous 3 seasons. denis was 19.5 and 13.7 :horrorsurprise:

jake had a couple more denis floaters last night :frown:

amazing handles when camparo'd to Jake  (good for Denis though!)

fyp'd.
also: it appears as though doc has the denis forearm shiver down already.

At this point, roughly what % of a team's adj efficiency marks are based on current-season performance?
Roughly 80%.
very surprised by this. 10 games in, i'd have thought last year's contribution would be minimal.
-
updated player stats are out. pullen gets his tor under 20.0! samuels still can't efg%, kelly/asprilla/judge still over tor, irving still does everything really well (usage coming up a little too).
-
just noticed ken has us down to lose in lincoln in february, don't know if I would be able to survive that

Hey nerd, @kenpomeroy! Go do math. Leave the #scoops for the pros! We will let you know if we need help on our taxes.

goodmanonfox Jeff Goodman
@kenpomeroy Just saw ur National Player of Year Race. Not bad, but u don't figure intangibles (ex. leadership) into the mathematical formula
goodmanonfox Jeff Goodman
@kenpomeroy For instance, Kemba Walker blows away Terrence Jones in virtually all the intangibles. Can't put a number on intangibles.
kenpomeroy Ken Pomeroy
@goodmanonfox No intangibles accounted for. But Kemba could show more leadership by telling his teammates to get the hell out of the way.
