-- At home on Christmas break. I was furious.
-- At my office, I remember I was on a call and had to mute the other line while I screamed. Told him I would have to call him right back. Don't think I ever did.

It's Patterson!!! -- I was in Orlando with customers and I got the text. I went bonkers and tried to explain to these people how big of a deal this was  :frown:

Mike Tyson being knocked out for the first time - in a bar in San Fernando Valley - So Cal. I still just a little cant believe it even happened.

I can see John Saunders ugly motherfucking face announcing that E3 had "allegedly" done the sexual assault.

Watching B12CH98 happen in my living room full of EMAWers, I was so rough ridin' drunk and ready to hit Aggieville - but just turned the TV off and went to bed hoping that I would wake up and it just be a nightmare.  :goodbyecruelworld:

I'll add this one: Pasco Fiasco -

In the Delta Tau house with my buddy watching.  After Frank Richards hit the layup I high fived about 15 random Fratties, then after we lost we all sat in stunned silence for about 2 minutes.  Driving home listening to the postgame was interesting, Wyatt didn't know how to sum up the game or what questions to ask Wooly.

read my post.  I was high fiving RANDOM fratties in a FRAT house.  If I was a Delt they'd have been my frat brothers.  Then I drove home (away from the Delt house)

Ell - Peoria, Illinois. About five of us stayed at a friend's place over Christmas break. We were in the den, drinking champagne and eating cookies when the story broke. Cruel irony.

Donovan - Country Club Plaza, KCMO on a bus. Was teaching summer school and had taken the students on some tour... Hearing the live call was awesome, but wish I would have seen it.

Pasco - University Commons with a friend eating taco bell and cheering on the Q@s. Fell outta my chair and rolled on the ground laughing/crying. Truly incredible.

The game that shall not be mentioned:

Had a club soccer game in Tulsa that day. Was listening to the game on the radio on the drive over there. The game was in hand when I got out of the car to go warm up. Was devastated to learn we blew that lead during the course of my soccer game.

It's funny because it was in a completely meaningless, worthless game.  I can't imagine of say Luis did that last year in the B12 tourney or in the NCAA's.

I wouldn't say a conference tournament game is meaningless...
