Title: ATTN: Rake
Post by: Trim on November 28, 2010, 07:37:34 PM
I'm in the process of drafting a response to a motion to quash in which the other party alleged irregularities with an earlier pleading of mine.  This is giving me the opportunity to file a response that includes the line "The Order could not be more regular."

:surprised:

I anticipate saying "regular" at least 6 times at the hearing.  Very good chance given the scenario that I'll call myself regular.

Might I recommend Metamucil?

Do you need me to be present so that they know what "regular" looks like?

I can probably make do on my own, but if it appears I'll need a witness I'll just get a continuance.

Do you need me to be present so they know what "has been crapping 6 times a day since Thanksgiving" looks like?
