I heard NT is playing with their 3rd string, now 4th string qb.  Please tell me that's not correct?

I think that Blaine kid started the season 4th on the depth chart.  Injuries to the 2nd and 3rd stringers are the reason Dodge had to play with all those injuries.  (Broken wrist, mumped up elbow and both knees.)
