Title: Did Jake lose a step?
Post by: Lefty on November 16, 2010, 11:01:43 PM
EHBBIQ and scouting types have got to notice that Jake has lost a step. You can't ignore the obvious for too long.

I am not trying to be a dick. Jake looks like he's lost a step and isn't as quick as he was last year.

he's cool hand jake dude, he plays at his own speed.  He's fast when you're slow and he's slow when you're fast.

Jake is:
-Going to be constantly double teamed.
-In a different position than last year.

I'm pretty sure we won today.  By a lot.

I'm not saying Jake is/was "fast". I'm saying he looked a little clumsy and slower than normal. I agree about his fantastic ability to be nonchalant, yet effective.

I didn't notice, except a couple times he was double teamed he lost control. I think this is due to not being used to all the double teams he's going to have to take this year yet. Especially since this was the first game against players that are able to double effectively this year.
