Very pleased with Russell and McGruder tonight. Sprads and Irving look like they can provide good minutes off the bench as well. This team should look pretty solid one CK is back. (And if Jamar ever grows the eff up.)
-
Sprads is my fave tonight. Great looking shot, good ball security, good defense.
-
Sprads has looked solid but his touch fouls are a result of not great footspeed. He's a really good shooter, but we can see already he doesn't really create his own shot and sometimes gives up the ball too early.
-
Sprads doesn't need to create his own shot right now. Protect the ball, play good defense, and hit the three. He's a nice addition and should be a very nice player for us down the road.

Sorry. That was wrong. I should have said "bad footspeed".

Footspeed, shmootspeed. Not everyone has to be Clemente. Did I mention the guy can hit his free throws? Definitely some potential in the young man...

FREETHROWS ARE KEY!!!!!!!

3 for 3 on touch fouls due to bad footspeed.
Still like Sprads. Good player. Great asset for this season.
