Title: sticky topics

Hey, so like, some of them have thumbtacks on them, and some don't (I think the "hot" topics don't get the thumbtack).

I don't like it, personally.

Agreed, I think they all should have thumbtacks.  Also, don't like hot topics period.  If they're hot, they will be at the top.

I can disable hot topics, I believe.  A topic should be "hot" based on its own momentum, not a message board putting false hopes in its head.
