But was he? Was he really hurt?  OBz knew we couldn't win with him and allowed him to save face on senior day. :dunno:

Brilliant how Snyder kept him in the game last week when he knew we wouldn't win just to spring this CTR ambush (and also to further aggravate that injury and give him a plausible reason to keep him on the sideline).

We still would have won the game with Coffman at QB. Texas is just terrible this year.

One question? How the eff did Texas stop Martinez but couldn't stop Kline? Better yet, how the hell did this Texas team beat nubb at home?

NU dropped 4 passes that would have been TDs.

Answer: Nebraska is not very good. Stop the big play and they will not be able to sustain a drive. Iowa State would have beaten them if their holder wasn't too big of a pansy to throw a 5 yard pass into the wind.

CCQ is better than CK

Absolutely correct.  CK benefited from playing a team that is horrible against the run, has given up, and didn't have any idea that he'd play.  CCQ can out-throw CK with his eyes closed.

he also benefits from having actual D-I athletic ability.

Yeah, he should be a pretty serviceable possession wide receiver for us next year.

I am all about CK as a WR for us next year.  Harper, Brod, Kennard, Thompson, CK, Tuggle, Sams, Bryce, Pease, Robinson.  That's a legit B12 lineup of skill players on offense.  We'll see what our o-line and defense looks like...

OLINe will struggle. We have a good amount of seniors starting now. Meshak Williams, Adam Davis, and Brandon Harold form a nice dline.... Ray Kibble and ????? at the DT

Yeah, clearly K-State's quarterback play was the X factor of last night's game.  Good Lord, Ging, are you a crazy person or something?

Sheesh!
