Frank will be pissed at himself if we win by more than 30.  I'm personally hoping that the players can hardly stand and we win by 15 or so.

If we don't top that 30 point margin we may not lead off the SC bball highlights!  :ck:

You can’t let your man catch it in the sweet spot. You have to get him off or you have to play arm-around to discourage (a pass inside). You have to do something. We just played butt-behind and they did a little move, which is awful.

Quote from: WU Coach Bob Chipman
On a comparison between Kansas and K-State…

“They are both off the charts. I think I have a pretty good team and have been playing hard but both teams made it look like we were not even practicing. I think both of them are in for great years. McGruder got my attention if he can keep shooting it like that and inside with Asparilla (Freddy) adds more offense then you have a good combination. K-State is really a load and I thought we played better tonight but the score did not indicate that. You cannot compare KU and K-State all I can say is that it is going to be fun for the state of Kansas.”

Quote from: WU Guard Virgil Philistin
On how they compare to Kansas…

“They are bigger than Kansas. Their bigs are good inside to get more looks for Pullen (Jacob) and their other guards.”

So basically between the score differential and these quotes, we're completely out of KU's league?  :dunno:

Virgil Philistin may possibly be the greatest name ever.

K-State's bigs are way bigger and more physical than Kansas.

Does the fact that the Big12 6th man of the year did not play factor into this at all?

Don't forget that the Ol'95er sat out too.
