Title: Japanese Steakhouse in KC (not rough ridin' Gojos either)

The one thing that bothered me was that our table cook was Hispanic/Mexican, not Japanese. Still did all the tricks and stuff, and the food was good. Still it bugged me. Any time I go to a Japanese Steak House I want a Japanese Chef or Chris Farley. I am in KC now but originally from Wichita. KOBEs in Wichita is amazing.

QFT, Sumo is for elites. Whenever I go visit my 'rents I always casually suggest that we go out for some Chinese somewhere, maybe just a buffet or something. Knowing damn full well that my stepmom will immediately suggest a trip to Sumo. :lick: :thumbsup:
