I was listening to Sharpie on the Internet.   I believe Bill had to apologize to Baylor for a late TD . . . but that may have been another game at Baylor.

i can understand Snyder having to apologize considering we basically ran hurry up when we got it down to the 1 to sneak it in.  i was at that game.  can't believe it was 12 years ago.  never want to go back to Waco again.

I was in Waco, in probably the emptiest stadium I've watched a game in.  Sat with the Jeff Kelly family entourage.  Good times.

I was there too.  But I've been in emptier stadiums.

David Allen was really the only highlight.  Also, this is when I conclusively discovered (although I had a strong inclination before this) that Waco sucks.

Were games streamed on the 'net in '98?

It was far easier to find free audio streams of any team you wanted back then.

I remember sitting in my dorm room. It was cold as hell and raining and I had the windows open for some reason. Greg Sharp was a master, now he's a masturbator. It is amazing the brain washing that goes on up in red land.

That was the glory days of Internet Streaming . . . everybody was free and they were all lined up on one page.   You could listen to just about anybody in the country.

Same is true today, except with video.
