Title: SEC Net >>>>>> Big 12 Net
Post by: ArchE_Cat on February 08, 2010, 11:04:41 AM
This post may be very SoDJ'ish but here we go. Last week as the Nub game ended and all the fancy ESPN graphics appear a very large SEC logo appears on the screen. Then toward the end of the ISU game we miss a few seconds of the games because ESPN switches over to the SEC Net to show the final seconds between two 0.500 middling SEC teams.

The Big 12 teams should be pretty pissed about now. It's just adding fuel to mizzou's fire when it comes to departing. Hey at least the Nub game was in HD.

 :dunno:

Why would I say anything like that??

After I did a little a math on TV sets in SEC country compared to Big 12 country a couple of years ago, it became quite apparent why things are the way they are.

We should be happy the Big 12 has the 3rd best TV deal.

Hey I'm glad I got to see Auburn brick a broken-play half-court shot at the end of overtime. My day was complete then.
