I looked into this guy's criminal charges. Why exactly is it illegal to show pornography to an 18 year old in South Carolina?

It's not like the were surfing porn together from a university computer lab. 

It could be considered sexual harassment.

True, but this seems like the kind of thing a politician would have no trouble getting away with.
