Title: Lack of KU fans in Stadium Related Thread
Post by: WildcatNkilt on October 15, 2010, 09:26:39 AM
When we scored, Cat fans would be doing the pushup counting etc.. with Willie.  KU would blare the music on the jumbotron in order to drown out all the K-State fans that would be heard on the television.

Anyone else notice this?  The timely music volume increase?  Seems more obvious in the 3rd quarter when K-State fans outnumbered them 3 to 1.

It always seemed loud when Knoxy was interviewing someone, but you could hear a pin drop when Carsy was on the field.

I only assumed they were blaring it so it wouldn't be heard on TV.  Blatantly obvious there was a volume increase when the K-S-U chant started.

I think even those A/V guys left during the 4th Q as you could hear our fans loud and clear after the CK  TD run.
