I'm not allowed in their playground, but I assume its full of:

"Why didn't Turner Challenge that!  Snyder/Mangina/Jesus would have challenged that!"

"Thats only one of many calls the ref's blew."

"It's the ref's fault we loss.  KU would win every game in every sport if the ref's didn't suck so bad"

KU FOOTBALL SUCKS!  What else is new?

I think that is one hurt fan base...they don't even have the fight in them to brew up excuses.

Hey, we are turning Boys into Men.  So we have that going for us.  Which is nice.

Sorry but I have to ask and I don't know where else to post this.  I have been quiet since after the first game and I don't even know where to post here anymore but I have to log in now.  Holy H#ll.

How can anyone defend this.  I don't have the time or energy to read any of the countless other threads, but want on record again our stance (since date of hire) on this debacle.

Sorry for being a complainer, but holy f*cking Sh9t.
Haven't seen this since games vs. NU a LONG time ago and it was against a shatty ksu team.  Sucks so bad that we worked for about 10 years to grow to what we had and in an egotisical 10 months, it's all gone.

All Gone.
is that you?

Gill can't challenge that, but if he calls a timeout the booth is pretty much forced to.  Doesn't make a difference in the result but eff, I'd of done it

No, WaveTheWheat is a poster on a bunch of KU sites.  Our website just happens to share the name.  However, I am considering changing it to WaveByeToOurPride.com

Can you even review for possible penalties? No flag was thrown on the play, how can you go to the booth and double check to see if a flag needed to be thrown.  It's not like they can review holding calls or pass interference calls. :dunno:

I believe hey can review 12 men because it is not a judgment call.  I know they do it in NFL all the time at least and assume they can in college if it comes from the booth.  Gill shoulda used a timeout but whatever...

I didn't even think about the whole "judgement call" thing.  You're probably right.  But yeah, it probably wouldn't have mattered much.

See LSU v Tennessee?   :dunno:

I didn't think you can but I think they did in that game?

It was on Zimmerman's interception.  One of the d-line guys wasn't able to get off the field in time.  Snyds ripped Mo a new one for it.

eff, now I can't remember if it was Harrison's int for a TD or Zimmerman's fumble recovery.  I need to go to bed.

You're confused.  It was Harrison who recovered a fumble for a touchdown.
I think

So I guy running his ass OFF THE FIELD is an important play???  Who gives a crap.

How about #2's chest pass to the WR on 3rd down, when all 5 of his linemen were 20 yards down field.  Refs miss calls.  uk's one lone decent play, a long kick return was sprung by a blatant block in the back on KSU #49 or #48.   :blah: :blah:

You can review that play, but all a college coach can do is call timeout and hope the review official sees it, because they can't challenge.

You are correct.

It was the same for the Baylor game basically. I was at a friend's house and left no more than 5-10 minutes after the game and it was done by the time I got home. Has K-State ever just cut a post-game show that significantly short because of an ass kicking? I didn't listen after Nebraska.

A little off topic, but I LOVED the pre-game video clips that showed the mighty jayhawks DOMINATING NMSU.
