Hooray, we won our super bowl or whatever. BFD. So did Baylor. :jerk:
-
now's NOT the time
-
Snyder still wants to go.
Waters are calmer.

"Tombstone" great movie. When's the next time OB is hopping on a train so Ike and the McLowerys can "finish it"?

Are you even a K-State fan?
-
Congrats to Rusty for sticking with his message when everyone is going to be leaving the bandwagon they were on a day ago
-
Rusty is easily the worst KSU fan, ever. He is only pleased when the team does poorly. Pretty sure he doesn't even give a eff about the actual games, he just likes to pretend that he's smarter and cooler than everyone else after losses. Nights like this must absolutely eat him up inside.
-
Rusty is a pretty negative dude, but he is right. The admin should constantly be looking for a Snyder replacement, even if Snyder goes undefeated and wins a national championship
-
Huge difference between keeping an updated short list of possible replacements (like every good AD should) and forcing a coach into retirement. If we lose out the rest of the season (not counting UNT, they're worse than KU so we won't lose to them) then you maybe look at making a change. Talking about firing a 5-1 coach is rediculous, without even taking into account what Snyds has done for the program.

Nobody said crap about firing, dumbass
-
Rusty talks about forcing him out all the time. What do you think this thread refers too? That Snyder should step down?

Step down/forced out - he'll never get fired
-
Forced out is the same as being fired bro. You think Bobby Bowden left on his terms? Nope, they canned his ass but allowed him the dignity to act like it was at least partially his idea. When someone says you no longer have a job, that means you just got fired. Sugarcoat it all you want, you still got fired.

That sugercoating is all the difference, dumbass. If they were the same thing, then they would be called the same thing

Agreed. Admirable. Oddly symmetrical to _fan saying we'd still win 8 or so games the morning after the Nebraska blowout.
-
I agree with Rusty/Michigan Cat. :dunno:
Thanks for beating KU Bill.
-
Yeah, we're all going to be demanding a lifetime, unbreakable contract for Snyder now . . .
-
:bait:
We need to make a list of every dumbsh!t loser on this site who thought Cats would be 2-3, 3-2, 1-5 at this point in the season. Just like you get the :powerespect: for being optimistic about the season, there should be some humiliating internet punishment (as if that's actually possible) for being a "nancy negative" ( my god Mr.KK is a tool).
-

making a list and rounding up all the 6umb5h!ts is probably the best way to go. i'm with YOU, Richard.
you make the list and i'll take care of the rest
-
I would want him out if we were to get Leach or Patterson. Those are really the only good options, and neither are happening. Which would make the Rusty's of the world "team Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!)" on this debate.
-

At this point, you and Team Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) has been exposed as LFBIQ losers.
Queso is driving this team to victory, despite our old ballz coach.
-
Snyder will go, probably within the next 3-5 years, 5 being the max.

fake you, I joined team CCQ or whatever the fake it's called

didn't we say the same thing last year?
-
I think what some of you are missing in this whole deal is the fact that Snyder wants to go.
-
Levitt
bring him in next season, after two seasons as coordinator, in season three do a asst. head coach, season four make it his.
-
Richie, you need to make a list for those originally on team CCQ and those on team Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!). give me the list and i'll put it to good use. :punchingfistintopalm:

Whether Snyd's needs/wants to go right now or not, there is no possible way the AD/Admin would ever force him out in the middle of the season at 5-1. Same story if he gets to a bowl game. Would be a terrible move politically and make us look like colossal prudes (not very enticing for a new hire). So you can call for/wish for his head as much as you want but unless the season completely implodes or Snyd's makes the decision himself (like last time), it won't happen this year. Just sayin'.
Really the best case scenario IMO for Rusty & others that can't stand Snyd's anymore, would be for the admin to have a short list and a gameplan in their back pocket for a new hire, and Snyd's takes us to a bowl game this year, the players get some practice and the program is seen in a good light, and then he decides to retire.

Rusty doesn't give a hullabaloo about football, he's just flaming

When you say "go", do you mean die or retire? Not that it matters much since we'll get a new coach anyway. I always thought Snyder would live in to his 90's or something.

Yeah, thanks for the recognition, guys. FAN is probably KSU's best fan, while I am probably KSU's 5th or 6th best fan. I'm definitely not the worst ever.

Yes! That would be incredible!
-
I wonder if Leach is traversing the country, talking to high schoolers with big arms and sure hands, getting them to commit to following him to his next job to unleash Mad Scientist 2.0.
:driving:

LOL, good point.

Methinks this thread wasn't really necessary. We all agree with you, mich. You knew that. jtpos doesn't count.

You know what's going to bring goEMAW to the forefront of the bbs'ing world? When the bolded above happens.
Within hours, someone's going to post: "WOOOO COACHING SEARCH!!! :woot:" or "Bill's hiring bad assistants in heaven now....", which will set off a firestorm.
-
It is going to be epic. I think someone should start a practice thread so that we are ready and in top form when it happens.

 I cannot even fathom the reaction from GPC. Oldfella might use curse language. :ohno:
