Doc "Pot Pie" Sadler.  Seems like the type of guy who eats a lot of pot pies.  Another one for Doc would be Doc "Loafers" Sadler. Seems like the guy who wears a pair of loafers into the ground.  And they stink.  Similar to Wyatt Thompson.
