Basketball player's car vandalized
Two vehicles, including K-State basketball player Dominique Sutton's, were scratched with a sharp instrument or key last week, according to a report from the Riley County Police Department.
An unknown suspect scratched the vehicles, both parked at 1401 College Ave, said RCPD Lt. Herb Crosby.
According to the report, the incident occurred between 11 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.
Charrie Nelson-Jones, 23, of Junction City, reported $150 worth of damage to her 1999 Honda Accord and Sutton, 23, of 1401 College Ave. Apt. F 205, reported $750 worth of damage to his 1995 Chevy Caprice, said Crosby.

sorry, i clicked on 9-10-10's blotter and for some reason it went to an old article. I figured when I clicked on something that said 9-10-10 I didn't need to check the day it was posted. Thanks Collegian for embarrassing me on a message board. :chainsaw:

Not when you left your school for allegations of misconduct.

Dude didn't voluntarily leave and he was charged with zero crimes.  What's considered misconduct by one school isn't necessarily misconduct in another school's eyes. If the school you signed with tells you to GTFO, why should be be penalized even further by having to sit out a year?  The players essentially have no rights and the NCAA is making a killing off of them.      If I was his folks, I'd certainly retain an attorney and push this issue.
