He also reminded ku that their program is historically one of the worst in history, outside of the 2008 fluke, so don't think you should just start winning as a birth right.

Yes. Was on the phone with my company's most important client and I overheard his rant. Told the client I had to call him back instead of closing a huge deal to listen to him.
