Can we go back and see how many of those were dropped passes by UCLA receivers?  It was hard to tell from my vantage point but it seemed like there were quite a few drops.

Your hands are going to be cold as ice when you go up against Fire and Ice.

Dropped passes or not, the defense performed way better than expected. I am much more concerned with our run defense than I am the pass defense.

i would agree that fire and ice was in effect during lasts saturday's game against UCLA.  fire and ice, round and round.

There were maybe 5 drops in the game, including 2 in UCLA's first possession. Gets Prince to 14-of-26 for maybe 160 yards and two picks. Not to say that 5 drops in what was essentially a 2-point game don't make a difference. We also had 2 first-half fumbles. The first ended a drive at midfield and the other gift wrapped a touchdown.

Also, if you're worried about a 5.2 ypc when we are facing a quarterback that can throw the ball more than 15 yards, just think if you were a UCLA fan that witnessed 5.8 ypc with a team that has CC as the quarterback.

More than a third of UCLA's total yards came on three plays, resulting in 9 (normally 10 points). More than half of their passing yards came on two plays for 6 (7) points.

I have no illusions that this defense won't give up big plays, but if they can contain most offenses I think we'll be in the majority of their games in the fourth quarter this year.

There's nothing more dumbass than your comments.   So tardboys Daris and jt come along and throw little tantrums about people talking about Carsy Coffman sucking and expect everybody to climb on their tardwagon and to quit talking about it.   LOL . . . pathetic.

ksuqb talk and complaining about ksuqbs has been the number one tard talking point for the last twenty years. it barely beats out complaining about running down the play clock and having to use a timeout when cats are on offense, but if you want to make it #1 for another twenty years then f it. go for it man. btw, there was a guy at bsfs wearing purple zubazz this last weekend. i totally didn't even say anything to him about it. i'm nice that way sometimes. here, i'll even start you off...

what do you think dax?...3-9 this year with coffman and 9-3 if the staff can just find a better qb? maybe klein? thoughts? maybe call keitz about it?
