Are we underdogs?
-
gonna be tough.
-
We are sooooo mumped.
Guys, after we lose this game, let's not get down on ourselves. Bill is only in his second year...we are BUILDING SOMETHING here.
-
Are schedule is ridiculous!! Why so tough?? :runaway: (ftp://:runaway:)
-
Rumors Bill tried to get out of this game, but MSU just would not let us out of it.
Don't shoot the messenger.
-
My only, ONLY wish for this game is that J. Brady McCollough is not writing the post game story...that will crush my spirit. Did you see the hatchet job he did on KU after the totally understandable loss to NDSU? EEEEK!

That SOB is heartless.

I don't see anyway we win this game, Kansas has 2 BCS teams for Pete's sake!!! Arkansas only has one!!!

Yes, everyone remember after KSU loses this game that the only reason they lost is because of KU's existence.

Just about the time I start getting hopeful, I think of the Arkansas example and realize MSU will roll....

Really good point about Kansas having two BCS teams....
Little known fact, when KSU was building up the program in the late 80's and throughout the 90's, KU made a calculated decision to not attempt to recruit division 1 athletes in football. Bicycling Bob Fredricks was at the helm of the KU athletic department and he knew that absent some local real estate robber barons, they could only support on major program...obviously they chose basketball.
Fast forward to today, and now both KSU and KU are going to suffer for the selfishness Al Bohl and Tim Weiser. rough ridin' sham really. But, I digest...
The real story here is about our student athletes, and how they are literally going to be placing their lives on the line against a team like Missouri State. I feel like I am going to vomit.
-
I'm just glad it's a home game. 105 players may be enough for us to make it through the game but I doubt a traveling roster would be...
-
Really this whole thing validates Snyder's decision to play 2 FCS teams last year, no guarantee that we would have won, and definitely two legit tests of of the team.
-
The 2 games against FCS teams last year really illustrates Snyd's scheduling philosophy- Anybody, Anywhere! Dude is fearless!
-
I'm sure Snyder will be shooting the breeze about the state of KU football with Terry Allen before kickoff this Saturday. They'll probably have a gentleman's agreement regarding MoState RUTS. Expect the victory formation early and often.
-
Can you forfeit a game just because you're afraid of suffering too many injuries? I fear we may not be able to complete the season after we meet the buzzsaw that is FCS football.
